As a VAN JOB it was the worse place I ever worked in my life, they promise you loads of work and money but no matter what hours you do, you'll always.
Day was split answering calls and answering emails. Making general bookings either passenger services or courier services depending. Dealing with account management issues where appropriate if not escalating to the correct person or department. Greatly focused on current technologies to help expedite the daily workload. A good company to work for and a frontrunner in business initiatives. Worst company I have had the misfortune to work with. As a private hire driver, your every move is recorded by HQ.
